Cut and Paste Activities
By The Color Page Team · Updated · 21 pages
Every sheet here is a color, cut and glue activity: one big base picture and a page of pieces to color, cut out and stick on. Give a blank ghost a face, carve a jack-o'-lantern without a knife, disguise a turkey, dress a snowman or fill a candy bucket.

Each piece has a dashed cut line with a little white border, so the cutting is easy for small hands. The activities suit preschool, kindergarten and 1st grade: coloring, scissor skills and a little planning all on one page. Print one activity, a whole season, or every sheet as a single PDF on US Letter or A4.
Tip: tick the pages you want, then print just those.

Tips for Cut and Paste Activities
- Color before you cut. Pieces are much easier to color while they are still on the sheet.
- Use a glue stick. It is less messy than liquid glue and the paper stays flat.
- Print on card stock if you want pieces that can be moved around and used again.
- Let kids choose. There are more pieces than they need, so every finished picture looks different.
- Make it a lesson. Count pieces, name shapes and colors, or ask kids to tell a story about what they made.
