Blank Paper Doll Template
By The Color Page Team · Updated · 2 pages
This blank paper doll template gives kids a plain doll and a page of empty clothing outlines: a T-shirt, a long-sleeve top, a dress, a skirt, pants and a coat. Kids draw the face and hair, then fill each outline with their own patterns, from stripes and polka dots to a superhero logo.

Teachers use it for fashion-design centers, all-about-me projects and "dress for the weather" lessons. It is a simple first step before our themed paper doll sets.
Print at “Actual size” (100%), not “Fit to page”, so the clothes fit the doll. Kids may need an adult’s help with scissors.

How to make your paper doll
- 1Print and color. Print the pages at actual size (100%), then color the doll and every outfit while they are still on the sheet.
- 2Cut out. Cut along the outer lines. Keep the small white tabs on each outfit; don’t cut them off.
- 3Fold and dress. Hold an outfit over the doll and fold the tabs behind it. Swap outfits as often as you like.
